What have you been doing since 1970?

My family moved from Crystal Lake to Valparaiso IN our junior year of High School and most of my close friends know I made many trips back to CL until we graduated. Most of my memories are growing up on Lake Ave and terrorizing Lakewood and Woodland Drive.

After high school I went off to college and my parents moved to NY a month after graduating. I was excepted in the Industrial Management program at Purdue, which was a combination of Business and Industrial Engineering, and no I was not a geek, the program allowed me to work and get experience while being on campus. My junior year of collage like most of my friends at the time I got married.

After college we moved back to Valparaiso and I worked in the steel industry, we bought our first home and we also had a daughter, Jessica. After 5 years I took a job in Michigan and moved closer to my parents which also they had settled thier. I got promoted 5 years later and was transferred back to IL and settled in Bartlett for 15 years.

After a few career changes I had the fortune to travel the world and develop relationship in business that are still strong today. I got divorced and was looking to start a new life. I was asked to work on our 30th reunion in CL, than it happen I met Kim Rasmussen, which I have known since 3rd grade. For those of you that attended the 30th might remember we had just started dating, well fast forward we got married 3 ½ years ago and now live by downtown CL. Moving back to CL now 4 years has brought my life full circle, the friendships, family and community is still a good place to live. Hope to see you all, we are planning some great events. So you never know what can happen at a Class Reunion!
Just ask Kim!!!!!!

School Story:

Lets see: The most interesting aspect of my high school career was moving out of state and having to change High Schools my JR year. I lost some ground on having those High School experiences you have in those finial years. However, looking back, moving forced me to grow up a little faster and help the transition to college life pretty easy. I made some great life long friends in Valparaiso and Purdue along with my CL friends. Now that I moved back to CL after 31 years has been nothing but a wonderful experience to get to know all you again! Therefore, I was bless with these life experiences

Where else have you lived?

I lived in IN, MI, IL and did a little time in Mexico. I had a chance to move to England, but my ex-wife would not go, should of gone.
